By using Trimlyt you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Trimlyt provides appointment tracking, analytics, and optional integration with third-party calendar providers. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for complying with applicable laws.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Google Integration
If you connect Google, you authorize Trimlyt to access the calendar events for import and sync purposes only. Trimlyt requests minimal scopes (basic email address and calendar management). You may disconnect at any time.
Analytics & Cookies
Trimlyt uses Google Analytics and cookies to track usage and improve the service. By using Trimlyt, you consent to the collection of analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable cookies or opt out of analytics tracking at any time via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tool.
Reminders & Email
Automated reminder emails are disabled for Version1 of Trimlyt. The platform does not send emails on your behalf by default and does not access your inbox.
Intellectual Property
Trimlyt owns the site and software. You retain ownership of the data you create using the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimlyt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trimlyt operates.
